As we offer only digital content and online educational services, returns of physical goods do not apply.

Free Demo (First 8 Chapters)

We now provide the first 8 chapters of each course completely free of charge through our mobile app. This gives every student a fair opportunity to experience the teaching style and value before making any payment.

Paid Course Refunds

Once a student chooses to unlock the full course after completing the free demo, the payment made is considered a confirmation of continuation and becomes non-refundable. Please enroll in the full course only if you’re satisfied with the first 8 chapters and fully committed to completing the course.

Live Online Course Refunds

Live online courses may require an advance security deposit, which is fully refundable if you decide not to continue after the trial period (typically 5 days). Once the full fee is paid, it is non-refundable.

How to Apply for a Refund (Where Applicable)

For refundable components like security deposits, provide a receipt or proof of payment. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment account within 3 working days.

Bank Transfer Charges

Any transfer or processing charges incurred during the transaction will be deducted. We will refund the exact net amount received after such deductions.
